Emilie is a certified Q‑Grader Arabica, an international distinction recognizing her expertise in tasting and evaluating specialty coffees. With this demanding certification, she can objectively analyze and score Arabica coffees according to precise sensory criteria, helping to promote quality coffees and assist producers, roasters, and enthusiasts in their quest for excellence.
