By ordering on our site, you unconditionally accept these terms and conditions.

The products offered are those listed on the site on the day of the order. Each product is presented with a description. Images are non-binding. Descriptions are for informational purposes only, based on supplier information. Availability is subject to stock.<\/p>

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT included if applicable. Delivery charges are added at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but products will be billed based on prices in effect at the time of order.<\/p>

The customer selects products and adds them to the cart. Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for a valid reason (dispute, suspected fraud, etc.).<\/p>

In accordance with Article 197 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, perishable goods (such as coffee) cannot be returned or exchanged except in case of .
